Nexus Zero is operated by Jonathan Capps. This notice describes the current public website at nexus-zero.xyz. Customer ordering, intake and report access are not active here.
Hosting and request logs
The website is served over HTTPS by Caddy on a Contabo-hosted server. Requests are processed to serve pages and assets. Server access logs can contain your IP address, request path, request time, browser information, response status and other technical request details. These logs support operation and troubleshooting.
Access logs rotate according to size limits. This is not a guaranteed deletion period, and this notice does not promise a fixed retention period for hosting or security records.
Cookies, analytics and local storage
This public website does not set analytics or advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. Fonts and artwork are served from the website itself.
If you use the motion control, your browser stores an on/off preference under the local storage key “nexus-zero-motion”. The page reads that preference on later visits. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data controls. With no saved choice, the page follows your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Forms, accounts and payments
There is no active contact form, account registration, customer upload, checkout or payment portal on this public website. It does not collect card information or send payment information to a payment processor. Please do not put sensitive information in website URLs.
Email correspondence
Zoho Mail hosts the mailbox designated for Nexus Zero Support. Email sent to that mailbox is handled by Zoho Mail, including sender and recipient addresses, message contents and any attachments, for storage and correspondence. Replies are handled through the same provider.

The initial service is planned to use AI to assist with assessment of agreed website sources. Browsing this public website does not send your browsing activity to an AI assessment service.
